Final signing of the project
Projects must be formally signed upon completion by the project sponsor or client / users (as required).
A project can be signed with one of four possible summaries: accepted, accepted with marked deviations, accepted with client / user compensation due to omissions and deviations, or continue work on the project until the deviations are eliminated.
The transfer of control over the project usually occurs after the final signing of the project. In some cases, this can start both before and after the formal signing of the project.
A project transfer must specify a number of details, including transfer contacts, roles, responsibilities, guarantees, intellectual property rights, support agreements, and more.
The moment of handover is a great opportunity to present the results of your project in a positive light to users / clients. Use this moment to increase the positive perception of the project.
